Today, a Dutch retailer, has listed the Huawei Mate 10 Lite as coming soon in the Europe market and he has listed all the specs of the device. While all rumors so far had been suggesting that the Mate 10 could feature a 5.9-inch or 6.1-inch sized display, the latest leak suggests the phablet will instead sport a 6.2-inch display with 1080 x 2160 Full HD+ resolution. The front display having an 18:9 aspect ratio, the back design schemed with a dual-tone color, a dual-lens camera setup at the back with a fingerprint sensor right below the two lenses that are aligned vertically.

The Huawei Mate 10 will be powered by Huawei's top-of-the-line HiSilicon Kirin 970 processor, which will also be powering the Huawei Mate 10 Pro. As of now, Huawei has opened a beta program to test a beta version of Android 8.0 Oreo in Mate 9.

Huawei will be unveiling the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro smartphones at a global media event on the 16 in Munich, Germany. When it unveiled the Kirin 970 last month, it boasted about how its AI-based image processing does wonders for the photos that the phone produces, comparing it with Samsung's own output.

After the release of Android Oreo, all the smartphones giants will be rushing to test beta version in their flagships.

The smartphone will pack a 4,000mAh Li-ion battery, the same battery capacity as its predecessors. As the manufacturer that really kicked the whole dual camera trend into full gear, Huawei will have to really step up its game this year.

It looks like Huawei is already working hard on the Oreo update for the Mate 9. The phone could come in as many as four variants, and it will be launching on October 16, the promotional material suggested.

We have no idea about the pricing and availability but they are flagship phones from a Chinese OEM. In only six days, we will know for sure whether the Huawei Mate 10 hype is justified.
